Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 1776 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to refrain from using our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the 1776 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended terms will be deemed acceptance of those updated terms.
The 1776 platform is accessible only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 1776 platform. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 1776 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- You must not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity under Malaysian law.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the security of the 1776 platform's systems in any way.
- You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to any other party.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 1776 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a wide range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other online banking options.
Deposit
Deposits that have been successfully credited to your account are final. Each deposit is subject to the minimum limit set for the respective payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are legitimately yours and free from any third-party claims.
Withdrawal
Winning withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or an alternative method approved by 1776 management. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding certain limits. Limits and processing times may vary depending on the chosen method.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by 1776 are subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms. Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Abuse of promotions may result in bonus forfeiture and further action against the account.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
The 1776 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults. To the extent permitted by law, 1776 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
1776 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its other users. Management decisions regarding account closure are final.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1776 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of 1776 management. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
